This program includes the work topics \u201cterritories and local authorities\u201d and \u201cadaptation and resilience\u201d. The work focuses on the budgetary and financing issues of local authorities for their climate actions, and targets both national and local decision-makers. It also focuses on adaptation to climate change, and more specifically on the resources needed to adapt our territories to the consequences of climate change, both at the national and territorial levels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Morgane joined <strong>I<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">4<\/span>CE<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>in 2016 and was first project manager in the Financial institutions program.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining <strong>I<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">4<\/span>CE<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong>Morgane has worked as Project Manager Energy and Climate for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afd.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AFD<\/a> (Agence Fran\u00e7aise du D\u00e9veloppement) in Istanbul and as a Private Equity investment officer at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.proparco.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proparco<\/a>\u00a0in Paris.
