She was notably responsible for the short and medium-term financing market. She also led the structuring of a long-term financing market for private placements in France and Europe. She reformed and drove innovations in these markets with all stakeholders. Before that, she held several positions in banking supervision at the French prudential authority (<a href=\"https:\/\/acpr.banque-france.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ACPR<\/strong><\/a>), where she was responsible for top tier financial groups and oversaw mergers and acquisitions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Emmanuelle is an auditor at the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la D\u00e9fense Nationale (IHEDN), having participated in its advanced studies programme on national defence and security strategy.
