While banks, insurers and investors have grasped the financial stakes of climate change, the majority are yet to take the necessary measures to adapt to this new context. For this reason, public authorities, whether states or financial regulators and supervisors have started taking action. Through dialogue, recommendations or regulatory measures, they are encouraging investors to speed up their integration of climate issues.

I4CE is supporting this trend by examining existing regulations and those currently under debate, and by helping public authorities to meet the many technical challenges ahead.
