Antoine GOXE

Project manager Territories and Climate

Antoine joins I4CE in October 2020 as “Territories and Climate” project manager.  He works on the economic and financial aspects of climate change mitigation and adaptation in French territories.

Before joining I4CE, Antoine was involved in several academic research operations on the territorial governance of environmental issues, and on the evaluation of local public policies of ecological transition, and has taught in several graduate courses.  He developed his expertise through his experience as a consultant, then by working for 10 years at the CERDD, where he notably created the sustainable public procurement programme and coordinated a MOOC for the candidates in the last local elections.

A graduate of Sciences Po Lille, in philosophy (Lille 3), Antoine holds a master’s degree in political sociology from the University of Lille 2. He is in charge of the “Environment, energy and transport” module of the “Hautes Etudes Régionales” certification programme at Sciences Po Lille.
