Laura Lou DE JESUS
Research Analyst – Local authorities, public financeLaura-Lou De Jesus joined I4CE in 2024. She contributes in particular to developing tools for local authorities to help finance their climate transition.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs, a dual degree between Sciences Po Lyon and Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, and is a successful candidate of a French territorial civil service examination (concours d’attaché territorial).
Before joining I4CE, she worked at the Ministry for the Ecological Transition as a partnership officer for the IUCN World Conservation Congress, and later in local government finance at Clermont Auvergne Métropole.
